Every Little Loft balloon is handmade to order with care. Please allow us time to make your hot air balloon truly special.

Processing time
5-10 working days. If your order includes personalisation, this begins once your final design has been confirmed with us, not from your order date. If you need it sooner, please fill out our Custom Order Form with your required timeframe and we'll try our best to accommodate you.

Shipping
Free UK standard delivery is included on every order. A paid Express upgrade is available at checkout if you need it sooner. Delivery estimates are calculated from dispatch, not from order date.

Please check your address at checkout
We ship to exactly the address provided. Once an order has left us, we're not able to cover delays caused by the postal network, or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address - so it's worth double-checking before confirming.

If your order arrives damaged
Every balloon is packed carefully for its journey. If yours arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days with adequate photos and we'll arrange a replacement.
