Due to the handmade and personalised nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed, unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.

If your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photographs and your order number. Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or repair at our discretion.
